High Court Rejects Nankhumwa's Bid to Maintain Leadership Position Amidst Party Turmoil




In a significant legal development, the High Court has firmly dismissed Kondwani Nankhumwa's preliminary application aimed at preventing the court from considering the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP)'s application to remove him from his influential role as Leader of Opposition in Parliament.
