Tribute to a Political Stalwart: Moses Dossi's Legacy Lives On



The former treasurer of the United Democratic Front (UDF), Moses Dossi, has passed away. Susan, his daughter, revealed that Dossi breathed his last at Blantyre Adventist Hospital at the age of 70. She expressed that her father will be remembered for his love of peace and his compassion for all.

Dossi, who also served as a village headman in Chikwawa West, spent many years contributing to community welfare and was affectionately known as "Man on the touch line" due to his active involvement in local football.

His funeral was held in Loweruka village, Chapananga, Chikwawa district, where mourners gathered to pay their respects. His body was laid to rest at the family's ancestral home near Manja, where his son, Moses Jr., resides.

Dossi is survived by his wife and five children. His legacy as a dedicated community leader and advocate for peace will continue to inspire generations to come.
