Celebrating Labour Day in Malawi

The President of the country, Dr. Lazarus Chakwera, and his Vice President, Dr. Saulos Chilima, attended a ceremony commemorating the various contributions of workers in this nation.

The event took place at the Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) in the city of Lilongwe.

During the ceremony, attendees and workgroups showcased diverse professional skills, and vendors displayed goods manufactured locally, such as cars under different brands.

This year's event was themed "Coming together to perform the tasks that the nation needs."
